Shipping & Returns

We want you to love what you ordered! You can return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will receive an E-Gift Card for the amount of the item returned. After 30 days, the purchase can only be exchanged for the exact same item. If it's a gift return, an E-Gift Card will be sent to the shipping address. Please review the return options below to see what works best for you.

Please use a trackable and insured shipping method. Complete the return & exchange form on your packing list and place it in your securely sealed shipping container.

Did an item you purchased just go on sale? Let us know! We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment E-Gift Card for an item you purchase from our website if it goes on sale within 14 days of the shipment date of your order.


If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please call (888) 878-4545 and we will help you exchange or return the item.

Refunds of Web Purchases

Most returns that are sent back to our facility will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund E-Gift Card will be sent via email to your account for the refund amount


We will notify you by email when your return is processed. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances an E-Gift Card will be sent via email to your account for the refund amount. If you indicated that you are returning a gift, we will send a Gift Card for the value of the refund to the address you specified on the packing list.


Most orders will ship out within 21 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped via FedEx. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order has been placed. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

All orders will be charged our standard shipping and handling rate of $14.99.

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.
